Simon & How are searching for an experienced and passionate Agent to join our thriving talent agency.
We currently represent over 100 actors, dancers and choreographers who work across TV, film, theatre and commercials and we are now expanding the company to include an exciting new roster.
This is very much an entrepreneurial role and our new Agent will be a talented self starter who will build a new commercial bookings department within an established and expanding talent agency utilising existing contacts and experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent, contractual negotiations, artist relations/development and the shaping of the overall roster and department. They will endeavour to source work for the Artists they represent which includes moulding the list to include a diverse pool of talent and utilising and building relationships in the advertising sector, so an established network of contacts is highly desirable.
The Agent will be working closely with our Actors, Dancers and Young Talent Divisions, sharing an office and resources, so a roster that blends well within our existing departments is desirable, but not essential.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to really make this role their own.
Key Skills and Experience:
• At least 1-3 years experience as an Agent
• Passion for working with Talent
• Proven Advertising and Creative agency contacts • Strong sales, marketing and interpersonal skills
• Experience discovering and developing new talent
Salary dependent on experience.
