Danny Cohen and Ben Stephenson confirm that eight more episodes of the hit drama series Ripper Street will return in 2014.
Made by Tiger Aspect Productions and Lookout Point in association with BBC America, the gripping series attracts big audiences with a consolidated average so far of 7.1million/22.9 per cent share.
With stellar performances from the three leads Matthew Macfadyen, Jerome Flynn and Adam Rothenberg, writer Richard Warlow has created an extraordinary series set in the East End of London in 1889, during the aftermath of the ‘Ripper’ murders. Our wonderful and hugely talented AARON LY opens the series with a guest star turn in episode one.
